These terms describe basic expectations for using the LineScout website and product experience during beta and early launch.

What LineScout is

LineScout is an odds comparison and alerting tool. LineScout does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, place wagers, handle deposits, or pay winnings.

Eligibility

LineScout is intended only for users who are 21 years of age or older and located where sports betting information and sportsbook access are lawful. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Odds and availability

  • Odds, markets, limits, and sportsbook availability can change at any time.
  • You must verify all odds directly with the sportsbook before betting.
  • LineScout does not promise that any price, market, or sportsbook link will remain available.

No betting advice

LineScout may show price differences and alerts, but it does not provide betting recommendations, financial advice, outcome predictions, or promises about results.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse LineScout, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape systems where prohibited, or use LineScout in a way that violates law or third-party terms.

Beta status

LineScout features, routes, alerts, and sportsbook availability may change as the product develops. Beta access does not mean LineScout will be available in every state or on every device.
